Maya 10 months and Mommy 33:))

So last week Maya turned 10 months old.... she is teething and very clingy which means i get very little time at the pc..when i do she manages to kick a button that causes everything to close...i still don't know exactly which one it is:)) She has one bottom tooth and the other is on its way. She can stand up by herself for about a minute until she topples over and she walks holding just your finger for steadying. She is a real chatterbox and points at everything. Dylan is enjoying her more too now that he is more mobile... the two of them were waiting at the door the other day..him n his bike and her standing next to him...wanting to go out...

It was my birthday on Saturday ..we had a great day. Went to the arcade at Tiger City (Pic from the arcade machines to follow next time). We hoped to see Madagascar, but for some reason it is not here yet:(( We made a (dairy free) cake which kind of looked like a big muffin...tasted good though:) Did some shopping and tired the kids out. So Ciro and i got to have a movie night yay!! Oh yeah and i cut my hair...shoulder length.

Last week was a bit hectic..weather is changing and consequently everybody is a bit sick.Maya and Dylan both had colds at the beginning of the week,. Dylan then had an asthma attack on Tuesday (dust-induced...sorting out the winter stuff from storage!!) I have been deaf in one ear since Thursday..severe ear infection!! And Ciro has a bad sinus infection...so we are a happy bunch!!:)) Kids are doing better now and the parents are getting there:) Pics are from last week and some from my phone that i have not downloaded in ages...More later in the week...

These birds are on our walking route.... Dylan loves birds and fish so we always have to stop and watch the birds a bit.

Maya Modelling:))

In September Maya joined Jevin at a photoshoot for a local baby company based in Changhua. Dylan had also modelled some stuff for them when he was a babe. They sent the stuff to me this weekend, a catalogue and she features on a hand-out calendar. Best of all is we get a disk of the professional photos taken. They also had a 'mommy' model...a young Polish model:)

They used this one; although a little photoshop work removed the finger:))

Far too long

It has been ages since i posted. I have had my hands full with these two little people.. Maya is pulling up onto everything and cruising slowly, that and she is irritable some days..think teething..very clingy or "sticky to me" as her nurse wrote in her communication book.:)) She is so curious and wants to be into everything. She calls Dylan Dy-an and the other day she was holding out her cookie to him and said "sh-ee".
Dylan's talking is coming along. He wanted to talk to Ciro on the phone the other day it was to tell him "I colour yellow there" this after he got into trouble for colouring on Ciro's computer tablet...

The last two Saturday mornings Ciro has taken them to Yuku island play space in Mitsukoshi while i am at work...loads of fun..when i get there, there are two exhausted munchkins ....Pics from 25/10 and 1/11




Pics from the jazz festival 25/26 October... Dylan enjoyed the music..then got tired out and nearly fell asleep on Ciro's shoulders. Maya slept through everything both days!!!

I often find the two of them together..i came round the corner to find these two angelic faces..looking so innocent:)) hmm...what had they been up to?... Trying to make daddy's x-box work.
