A couple of weeks ago we went to Porchester Castle outside of Portsmouth. It is a castle with amazing History. I will link to wiki here. The grounds are huge and a great place for a picnic, we may return for one. The kids loved the castle and although the spiral staircase was a bit scary there was an amazing view from the top.
